well done, it killed my IDEA 10 with
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/intellij/javaee/model/xml/CommonDomModelRootElement

fix: delete C:\Documents and Settings\SomeUser\.IntelliJIdea10\config\plugins\Log4j_Plugin_4362.jar
