Integration with refactoring is so great for a IDE spell checker. The only thing I miss is a (Java) developer dictionary, but I guess I can make that myself.

I like it, but it could use a way to iterate through the spelling mistakes. This can be done by setting up an Inspection Profile that contains only the Spelling Inspection and than running Analyze->Inspect Code, but it would be cool if I could also cycle through misspellings by hitting a hot-key.
