General usage instructions:

1. Add the "Bindows Tools facet" to your project.
2. Configure the facet settings dialog by adding and pointing to a Bindows toolkit (the "html" directory of a Bindows distribution) and verify the paths to browsers in the facets browsers tab.
3. Right click anywhere on any Bindows ADF and choose Launch in browser -> Desired browser.
