Shows project statistic. This plugin shows files sorted by their extension along with size, line count LOC etc. User can select (Project/Module/Package/File) scope using the 'Refresh on selection' button. (This plugin requires Java 1.6)
It seems to gather statistics on all source files in the project irrespective of inclusion/exclusion state. Could it be updated to provide the option to ignore excluded files? +1 for the first comment: Would be nice if you could group the results by module, package, directory etc. Using version 12.

Except that I can't seem to add a .hg directory... When I enter it manually, its parent is added to the list of exclude directories.
Dear all, exclude directories can be done very easily using : Settings -> Statistic -> Exclude Directories.

Great plugin! Would it be possible to generalize the exclusion of directories a bit to exclude directories by name? I'm thinking of .idea, .hg, CVS, target, reports, ... .hg in particular is causing me trouble.
I opened it up after installation and found only one file in my stats. When found the configuration page and started playing around with it, it appeared to me that the plugin only looks in the IDEA project directory for code to report on -- and none of my code is in that directory, it's all elsewhere. Is there some way I can get Statistic to follow the sourceRoots in the IML files making up my project?
BTW, I don't see this documented: the "statistic" window shows up as a tool window (a button on status bar for me).
Worked great for one project, but an older project has completely empty "statistic" contents. Is that a problem with the JDK version? Consider adding a message if the JDK version is below threshold.
Ive downloaded into another machine that has a different virus checker (McAfee) without a warning. So previous message was probably a false alarm, my apologies.
However, I dont see a way how to run it, so I havent actually tested it. Can anyone explain how to?
Comments:
So far I don`t plan it to migrate this plugin to PHPStorm, because currently you are the only one who has requested it.
