hi manthos, Your plugin is great. I have a question though. How can I customize the background and foreground color of the highlighted words?

Thanks for the very practical plugin! One suggestion: how about adding support for browsing also sinlge characters? Especially ', ", (, ), [, ], {, } would be great.

Could someone explain me usecases for this plugin? When words are highlighted - what can I do with them? Okay, I can navigate through them, but what else?

@kot1
IDEA 'Highlight usages of element at caret' is element/reference based and AFAIK without navigation. BrowseWordAtCaret is word based (without context to any reference, just the word under caret). It also works in any window (ex Debug Output). So instead of selecting a word and perform a find you just navigate with Ctrl&Alt Up/Down.

FYI, "Highlight other appearances of selected word" is available in IDEA via Settings | Editor | Highlight usages of element at caret.
