Click <b>Run Local Setup</b> to install whisper.cpp and a model (~150 MB), or <b>Open Settings</b> to configure an OpenAI/Groq API key.</li>\n            <li>Press <b>Cmd+M</b> (macOS) or <b>Ctrl+M</b> (Windows/Linux) to start recording. Press again to stop and insert the transcription.</li>\n        </ol>\n\n        <h3>Configuration</h3>\n        <p>Settings -&gt; Tools -&gt; Whisper.
