Getting Help with JetBrains Marketplace


Use the JetBrains Platform Slack: Post your questions to the #marketplace channel. Keep in mind that it’s not an official support channel, but a community of plugin developers and JetBrains employees.


Issue Tracker: To report a bug or request a feature, submit a new issue to JetBrains Marketplace YouTrack with the corresponding type.


Submit your request via email:

Marketplace documentation feedback: If you are having trouble with the guide itself, such as missing, incorrect, or confusing content, please raise an issue in JetBrains Marketplace YouTrack

If you want to report an issue for a specific page, use the “Was this page helpful” feedback form at the bottom of each documentation page. To add feedback, click No, and the form will appear. Please try to be as specific as possible and provide your email address in order to be notified about updates.
