Compatible with IntelliJ IDEA (Ultimate, Community)
IntelliJ IDEA Web Help for offline use: when help is invoked, pages are delivered via built-in Web server. In the plugin settings (Settings | Tools | IntelliJ IDEA Help), you can opt to always use built-in help, even when Internet connection is available.
Plugin replaces built-in JAR or Mac help (if there's any, like in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate), or adds offline help feature if it wasn't originally there (like in IntelliJ IDEA Community). After installation it will open requested help pages in your default browser, and will serve them via IntelliJ built-in Web server from 127.0.0.1
It's a great plugin! Could you make it possible to specify the URL with this plugin preference? Tools > Bundled IntelliJ IDEA Web Help > Base URL > ex: > Default: built-in (127.0.0.1) The following web site have the same path structure as the JetBrains Help site. (Japanese Help Document)
