Another useful free plugin Bean Assistant
Charles Wood
09.01.2025The plugin has some useful features, but the UI is messy and hard to use. There are too many buttons all over the toolbar, which makes it confusing compared to IntelliJ IDEA’s clean design. For me, it’s not worth the price.
I also noticed something strange about the reviews. Almost all of them are 5 stars, written in Chinese, and from accounts with weird usernames. There’s also a pattern where no reviews show up for a while, then a bunch of 5-star ones appear on the same day. It feels really suspicious.
