General usage instructions
The Nextflow workbench is a set of languages developed with the Jetbrains MPS Language Workbench that make it easier to write data analysis workflows with Nextflow. This plugin includes a docker IDE functionality, to create Dockerfiles, build images, tag, push or pull them. Interactive BASH and workflow running in a container is also supported.
