Sales report

This report provides detailed insights into your plugin transactions, including new purchases, renewals, applied discounts, and more. It may help you to track the usage, revenue, and license activity.

Navigate to the Sales tab on your plugin page and use the calendar picker to select the desired month and year.

Each entry in the table represents a transaction related to your plugin sales:

• Date

  The date of the transaction.

• Amount

  Total revenue from the transaction in the customer's currency, including the JetBrains commission.

• Customer Code

  A unique customer ID which can be useful for identifying returning users.

• Country or Region

  The customer’s location which also may be helpful for your analytics.

• Name

  Only organization names are visible publicly—personal names remain private.

• Period

  License type, such as Monthly or Annual.

• Reseller

  Reseller information, if applicable.

• Ref Num

  Reference number associated with the transaction, which you can refer to if you have any questions about the purchase.

Clicking the arrow next to a row will reveal additional transaction details:

• Type of transaction (e.g., NEW or RENEW)

• Number of licenses purchased

• License start and end dates

• Any applied discounts (e.g., "20% continuity discount" or student offers)
